Hello dear admins,
Yesterday we were in Transport Protection event and we were following all rules properly. I noticed one of bloods gang member weren't following rules in this event. First he broke NLR and in that time he was using rental car. He was breaking 2 rules in same time. (General Rule 6.7 and Event Rule 1.17). When i checked his ID on forum i noticed he is leader of bloods and i think thats a bad example for all gang.
