So the thing is me and my friend was doing ghetto clap and we are chasing a car and suddenly that player came out of car and cuff me without being on duty and without any reason and I was holding a gun and he didnot even say that he gonna cuff me and after that he search me without saying and then confiscate my weapons, also he didnot even uncuff me and ran from there.
