Firstly, in response to Musty's accusation, he did not use any speedhacks or other cheats. Secondly, he had the right to kill you without it being considered RDM (random deathmatch) because you entered the ghetto and were being chased, and then you left and went to the city. He could have killed you without giving you any demands.
