Life Story:
Growing up:
When Jisan was a newborn, only a few weeks old he was dropped off at the entrance of an orphanage. He has no recollection of his biological parents and was left with no keepsakes from them. He was raised at the orphanage in Vanadzor. While growing up as a child he sometimes wished someone would come and adopt him as their son. But as the years went by and no one came to adopt him. A nun that he was very close to decided to adopt him. After a few years the nun passed away and he was taken in by a foster family.
In his teenage years he got into a bad circle of friends, they pressured and influenced him to do criminal activities. He started off with stealing car dvds, robbing ATMs and illegal street racing. His foster family got very worried, they couldn’t control him and sent him off to a boarding school. From there he got serious and straightened out his life, he applied for the military when he graduated school.
Career Story: In military he found his passion for flying, he became a highly skilled Ace Pilot. After many years of service he became head of Airforce. He got discharged from military but managed to steal some concealed radios which he uses to listen to police frequencies, ATC frequencies or any VHF frequency.
After he got discharged in the military, he joined the highway patrol and got passionate about training. He realized that the skills he got through the military were transferable, and with these he could make SAHP a better organization. This turned him into a loyal and passionate officer in SAHP.
Outcomes:
1. Can arrest anyone for any reason sometimes by putting illegal items in people's pockets when they are not aware about it. (Proper RP and IC reasons)
2. Can sell or use guns he picked up from the ground even if it is illegal.
3. Can help people escape jail, take bribes (Up to 100k), reduce their sentence and remove them from wanted list.
4. Can threaten judges and lawyers, extort them or use violence in order to get what he wants.
5. Can off-road in any SUV or 4 Door vehicle. (RP Driving)
6. Can do illegal activities due to his criminal past.
7. Can lie about requesting a lawyer and can deny the right to an attorney.
8. Can break anyone's body cameras. (Using /do destroys bodycam and SSD).
9. Can leak intel to gangs and to his friends intel he knows.
10. Can take his ID and radio off duty for sticky situations as he have some concealed radios.
