Alright here is the thing, first of all ID 22452 has a corrupt bio, therefor his act was 100% fine. Second thing you started shooting at him in a GZ, if he was a normal citizen and shot back at you then he would have gotten punished for GZ 1.1, but since he is a LEO and he is employed in SAHP, he has the right to shoot in GZ in with proper RP. His life was in danger as you attempted to kill him so he shot back at you as a self defense. That's why he didn't receive a punishment for GZ 1.1. I hope it i cleared everything out, and i understand your frustration but sadly thats how it works!
