Admin said that this was not VDM. I have posted other complaints just like this, being hit once, and the admin has considered it VDM. The guy had just passed me before that on the other side of the road and then came all the way across the road just to hit me. It was clearly not an accident. I would like this to be reconsidered. I may have mixed on the video, which I typically do not do that, it just slipped. But the decision being rejected, I don't think is right.
