All of us got punishment from Raymond in a event. But you can see leos are doing multiple rule breaks in the same situation. Not even one got punished there.
Below are multiple rule breaks by leos for same situation. Why are we gutting punishment on spot but not for leos. We have to save POV, post on forum and even after doing all that they wont get punishment a lot of times.

We agreed to 5 seconds after the money is passed they started 10-10 before 5 seconds. This is complete ruining RP. Please check their POV and see who all shoot us. They deserve the punishment.

We were waiting them to finish negotiating and 10-10 and a random leo shot the guy who had hostage taken and didn't fear for the hostage life so we killed the hostage and started shooting because they shot us.
