Check the POV posted you will see 5 secs were given and counted out loud for you guys.

The hostage was killed because the negotiator was absolute shit and everything that was said was followed with "Is that a demand?"

Either way you are reporting an entire family for the actions of one person. Report the individual next time instead of using the family name.
