he just sayed get out of car and start shooting no warning for 5 sec and when im event out of car he dident stop shooting

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

• ID 1402 will receive a punishment for RDM

1. Yes, you asked him to pullover/stop - But for him to stop you need at least 4 people 2 cars. It wasnt ghetto, where you gave him demand to stop
2. Once you got out to shoot, he did come back and while getting shot at, he is seen shouting " Wait, Wait, let me get out of the car, yeah Im out of the car" and you just kept shooting until he died
3. If you had stopped shooting once he agreed to your demand (came back and got out) it would have been a different RP situation.
