Growing up.
Growing up Jack Lived in a small street fuil of drug dealers and gang members. Life was hard growing up , the only way of making money was by doing drug deals and stealing guns/ammo. Evreyday Jack would have to go out on the street dealing drugs in order to make enough money to live. Doing drugs and shooting at people was the only thing that made Jack happy , He wanted to change , After 1 year of living in the streets Jack decieded to become a taxi driver and would start making money doing this. It was boring but it was keeping me alive with a roof over my head and food to keep me going. One day after dropping someone off Jack got tipped $30,000 after this the person who tipped him the money invited him to join his gang. After this Jack started doing illegal stuff again until one day he found a friend at a gas station , Intentionally Jack was planning on killing the man with the plan to steal his cash , instead the man turned around and asked how Jack's day was going , Jack was confused no one had ever been so nice to Jack before he asked if Jack wanted to go into city to have some food , Jack said sure and they ended up becoming good friends... not longer after Jack deicieded he wanted to start a career in govermount as a USSS Agent , During his time in the USSS Jack learn how to use a gun properly , go on special missions , and protect the city from its crime. After a few years in Secret Service Jack got promoted to Deputy Director. This was a big thing for Jack as it was his first time as high command. Not long after , Jack started losing intrest in the govermount. and started a career in Los Santos Police Department as a master suprervisor of an undercover division this was cool and something diffrent . Through out Jack's time in LSPD he worked very hard and got promotions as the years went by. Until one year Jack got the promotion of a life time. He became Deputy Chief Of Police. It was a dream , Jack had worked so hard for this postion after about a few months after the LSPD Term had ended and Jack needed a new place to work so he decieded to join FIB as a 00 Handler , he took his past expirence of Undercover from LSPD and put into FIB. After some time though Jack deceied to leave FIB it didnt feel the same as LSPD and didnt make him as happy as when he was in LSPD. After this Jack Decieded to join the military and worked as a National Guard. but Jack wants to start living life like the og days ghetto clapping , buying drugs , etc....
Outcomes.
-1 Jack can use a personal balaclava off duty to protect his identity as a first person.
-2 Jack can recieve bribes (upto 100k Max)
-3 Jack can break peoples bodycams using (/try 2x per RP)
-4 Jack can use truth syrum (/try 2x per RP)
-5 Jack can go off duty in ghetto and shoot people for fun
-6 Jack can buy and sell guns in black market (not from organisation)
-7 Jack can volenteer as a hostage for intel or bribe (max 100k)
-8 Jack can use drugs on/off duty
-9 Jack can use illegal weapons on/off duty
-10 Jack can give prisoners guns , usb sticks , drugs.
-11 Upon searching somone Jack can ask a criminal to drop their weapons to keep for himself
