Hello Drake,

The officer clearly gave demands to pull over..

there was clear RP.. they issued me demands to pull over, I broke the demands.

I issued demands to not pull me over at 1:30 in video is clearly heard "I demand you to don't pull me over again"

he sent another demand to pull over, so I hopped out and shot.

You still didn't give proper demands as saying "Pull me over one more time and I'm going to kill you"... You have to tell him that you will kill him before you do so. You had to make it clear. It looked like you were complying with him then pulled a gun out of nowhere which is according to GR 6.15 considered RDM cause its not properly stated RPly.
