Rejected Admins not doing their job

Here goes nothing, ive started playing on this server abog 1.5 ago and guess what i had fun i rly had fun until i needed anything from administration so a few days ago i wanted to go into my account but i lost my phone on which i had my authenticator app and without it i cant login to grand rp on my account i posted my problem on tehnical forum 1 week ago and guess what? 38 ppl seen it no one responded, nice isn't it? just shows how much you guys care about your players staying on this server. so im taking my time rn and asking you politetly for the last time to go to tehnical section and respond to my thread which ive been waiting for and do your job. very much appriciat you taking a look at this post ill probablly get banned for this but idc. good day
