2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
First of all Los Santos City need a leader who is reliable and knows the rules. I have a lot experience in gangs before. I wanna bring Rp to highest place. This will happen with patience, experience and discipline. I was a leader of Ballas in city 2 (en2). I wanted to tell this because it gave me experience as a leader. And now i wanna be leader of Vagos in city 3. My family members and friends wanna join if i got leadership. I can promise you will see a lot of players on my first day. The City need a Vagos Leader who knows the rules.
I will organise many events for fill the gang warehouse when i active in city like fz, store rob etc. I want to have a nice day for my gang members. I want to teach new players gang rules. And in this way, I think I will increase the gang activity. You may not believe it, but I will try 100% turf. I'll show you what hasn't been seen before. Me and my friends like purple. Everything will depend on the rules.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I had experience when i was Ballas Leader so rules is everything for my gang. Therefore, we have to teach rules to our beginners and players who do not know the rules. We wanna teach rules to everyone. My friends also wanna try for hoodie within rules. Ofc we will give money for who coming to events. New player wont need gun in my gang bec gang warehouse will be fill up everyday. (from fz, gun store rob, battleship etc. My Ballas will not be bored. If possible we will organize Capitol attack with other gangs. also will make Hostage situations.
