drake didnt explain why he wasnt going to give fear rp or stalling punishment all he said was that it looked like he started to comply at the end. however that doesnt matter, he still showed no sign of fear, screaming curses at people about to kill him for several minutes and he purposely deflected from the fact that hes being robbed. Whether he complied at the end or not HE STILL STALLED AND DIDNT FEAR HIS LIFE.

Why are you spamming here for the same issue? I already answered you and said the only rulebreak the guy did was mixing when he started shouting (you are not wearing gang clothes I will report you). Otherwise, I don't see anything wrong and I will not give a guy who complied and got robbed at the end punishment for fear RP.

he yelled "stfu im dropping you bi***" if thats not fear rp then idk what is. in this thread Approved - Fear RP | 267869 i was punished for fear rp for saying hes so shit in between saying what he demanded me to say and i got fear rp, this is a very similar case and deserves fear rp punishment ASWELL AS STALLING watch the clip and see how long it takes him before starting to drop

In the thread you provided he was demanded to say something and he said something else... But in your POV you didn't ask him to say something and he refused... I'm not protecting the guy, I don't even know who that is XD! I'm just being fair dude.

You think IRL if someone has 8 people with guns pointed at them being robbed that it is normal to say "STFU IM DROPPING YOU B****" HINT: its not. Also Shay Pluxury says that admins consider something to be stalling by the def of stalling so heres the defintion : to delay taking action. He didnt drop a single item until after a minute and 45 seconds had passed of them demanding him to drop ITS CLEAR STALL AND FEAR RP
