2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1, I have been in all the LEO orgs for a year and I used to be in high command for more than a year. I also tried was approved trice for the leader of FIB (twice in EN1 and once in EN3). So, I know how each org works to its finest.
I used to work in the HR division and in the SWAT and UC.
My Experiences:
1. Gabi Tosca - Captain of HR

3. Jayden Hill - Sr. Corporal
4. White Wade - Sr. Special Agent
5. Elon Moose - Supervisor
6. Davis Lawley - Executive Supervisor
7. Mighty Gin - Lieutenant of HR
8. Neron Hill – Black Ops Agent
In most of the terms, I got not even internal punishments! For most of the terms, I was all clean and a polite employee. Especially, in the last term, I got no punishments, both IC and OOC. I may have been punished for unintentional crimes, I changed a lot in the last term; ie, I got no IC, OOC or internal punishment, I totally changed.
I may not have been HC for a long time, but I know how each orgs work in its own way since I have been in all the LEO orgs. Had not gotten enough time to be a HC.
In this way, I worked in all three major legal orgs and now I know how things work in these orgs. And I have also gained a lot of HC experience over the days I had been HC. And I feel it's the perfect time for me to apply for the leader of the most reputed LEO org in the city, FIB. I believe in myself that I can be a better leader and lead the org to its very finest. I can motivate and lead and make the state a State of Peace in every possible way I can. I had not been a leader of any org. But I believe I can be a nice leader to every officer of my term in the org if I am the leader.
2, The major issue in every org is the ranking system. If I get the leadership of FIB, I will totally change the ranking system and restructure it. I will keep limited ranks and make a difficult promotion system. So, makes it difficult to gain rank without hard work. And everyone will have to follow the ranking system and there will be no exceptions. I will only allow experienced people to get the higher-ups and most skilled officers nice ranks. And I also will keep eye on my higher-ups not to give ranks.

They will be leading all types of situations like NG raids, Ghetto Patrol, hostage situations, etc...
They will be the most trained people who will be helping in ATM robberies
2. Human Resource and Training (HRT): -
Hire units for the organization
Give units proper training about (Use of PDAs, Arrest Procedures. Penal Codes, etc...)
Maintain discipline and follow the rules and keep proper logs
3. SAU (Special Assault Unit)
The elite team of spec ops, got more skilled shooters
One leading and planning events with spec ops
4. Under Cover (UC): -
Department with special operations and collecting evidence and information about gangs and crime-families
Special Departments:
Internal Affairs (IA): -
- To investigate Organization Case files.
- Monitors IC logs for suspicious Activity
3, I want to be the leader of FIB because I have been in FIB and have worked alongside them and I have seen what they have and what they need to be a great org. The first thing I would do if I was the leader is to make sure there are active people and an active HC and the best way to have activity is by having a high command spread around time zones so when some HCs are not in the city there will always be people to reply to department chat, this will also help keep the city clean but it would also mean that there are numbers at the early hours of the morning to compete and stand a chance at store robberies in this way I will make FIB 24x7 Active and Finish my Term without any org punishments.
3. Your pieces of advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
Make all the officers experienced if they don't have much experience from the previous org. Hire only nice and respectful officers and warn and later fire all the inactive officers. Make internal divisions in the tactics-based division and hire some negotiators who can negotiate to their best in several situations. I make sure that no officers stay in the HQ and be ideal all day long; the more they work the more will be chance for their rewards, the less they work the more their chance to get simple punishments or even demotions and even getting fired.

Respond to ATM Robberies
Collect pieces of evidence against those who break the peace of the state
Be polite and obedient to others disregarding their ranks and position
Show no favoritism to anyone
