Over the last few days of me being in SAHP, these 3 people have been telling me to shut the fuck up on the radio and threatening to give me strikes for no reason. These 3 people especially, I have been disrespected for multiple days and nothing has been done about it. this is why im posting this forum.

Note: this is not sams fault. i really dont want to get him an org warning. i only want these people to be punished

Creating a hostile environment within the workplace is unacceptable. SAHP needs to create a safe space for their employees... especially when dealing with racism. I hope Cohen gets the support he deserves.

Cohen, You and I have had many talks about this. When anyone was mean or rude to you. I handled it. I gave anyone strikes who was rude to you that you had evidence of. I have out warnings and strikes to create a good work environment for you. On Behalf of SAHP I can provide the proof. Also this is coming from someone who just got blacklisted for corruption. We can also show your actions of assaulting officers. You got strikes cor not providing bodycam when requested, plus you got striked for car ramming and being unprofessional. I take every complaint seriously.

I understand but these guys have CONSTANTLY being doing this. All 3 of these people have been sending racist DMs and wont stop harassing me. they would place me in cuffs for no reason and leave me at the back of HQ in cuffs in a vehicle. I have messaged you about these reason but i believe 1 strike is not enough. If i got a strike for car ramming then the severity of putting another officer in HANDCUFFS and putting them in the car for no reason would be more than 1 strike. You have been telling me "dont worry we need you and i will deal with it". There is far more than these people in the org. Favouritism is a big place in your org letting biased COS choose the Chief Of Division. Half of them dont even know the rules. The amount of disrespect i have dealt with in the last few days is incredible and you have not done anything about that.

I have done plenty, I have listened to you about all of your complaints. Every one of them. I have been there. I make it so I’m there for anyone and everyone. I let CoS choose the chief of Division for their respectful Division. Because I want CoS to oversee certain divisions. I have dealt with it. You came to me one time and I dealt with it by issuing strikes and they have all been fired. I don’t want anyone to be disrespectful at all. This is a game where we should all feel included. Not being torn apart. I have listened to you and dealt with the situation in the way I saw best for all parties. There is no room for any of this in SAHP. Also there isn’t favoritism. You were a Chief of Division getting a promotion tomorrow to CoS. But previously I let CoS over see divisions

They have all been Blacklisted from the org. ADn will be globally Blacklisted. This has been handled by SAHP in the correct way. I cant Do anything outside of that.

Also don’t act like your prefect we all know you were blacklisted for being corrupt. If these people get punished so should you because no one would be racist for no reason. It must have said something to try and get a reaction. All I got to say

I wouldn't be replying to this thread when your blacklisted from the project. If i said something for a reaction i would love to see proof because i dont remember saying anything. The video in the proofs explains everything and not once was i racist or unprofessional. You dont even know the full story to why i was blacklisted

btw we can tell you edited the video because your vid stops and than continues. If you put it in slow mod you can see he clicks onto discord. Meaning they all know it each other. I think this is just because this guy got punished and has had a fight with his friends so is putting them on gov. Looks like just a bit of fun nothing else…
