I just want to see if id 47810 or 102117 have any corrupt bio....according to the state rule 5.5 they cant enter ghetto without any corrupt bio or without any special officers

State 5.5 is strictly meant for PATROLLING ghetto, LEO can use the road and especially when gang member are shooting/chasing them and they have a detainee who they have to arrest within 25mins.

Again they were NOT patrolling ghetto, they were transporting you from arena to DOC​
