Liam was born in Glasgow, Scotland he never knew his mother, so his father was his only parent. From a young age Liam learned the ways of the criminal underworld, this was due to the fact his father was the leader of a notorious crime family. Liam began quietly soaking up all information from his father and at the age of 14 joined the family in their illicit activities. Liam quickly began making a name for himself in the streets of Glasgow, he became notorious for his ability in ‘information extraction’ sometimes torturing opposing gang members for days at a time. Liam was a quick learner, being able to pick up skills in robbing, negotiating, and building connections, Liam also quickly became skilled in combat due to his many shootouts in the close-quarters compact streets of Glasgow. The family made most of their money in the arms and drugs trade, they played both sides in the ‘troubles’ and ran guns across borders for both the IRA and the UVF. This did not go down well when the IRA found out, they planted a car bomb under his car and Liam’s dad had decided to drive it that morning. With one turn of the key a loud explosion destroyed the car and brought down half of his house.
Knowing that he was next on the list Liam decided it was better if he left the city and started a new life in Los Santos this was a fresh start for him. Liam did not want to go down the gang route again as he knew how that ended, instead he planned to obtain a position of influence in the city and use the skills he learned from his criminal past to his advantage. So, when Liam was offered a high position in the FIB he knew it was time to use his skills from the streets to help his new work as a corrupt agent.
