2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 Based on previous experiences with FIB served under multiple directors ( Mike West,
Hank Volkov, Ellen Bubbles, Monty Mcknight, Kevin Tosca, Notix Haze, Wade White, Elon Moose, Hov Cartier , David Barnes). In those terms I started my career as junior agent and worked my way up to Deputy Director. I was part of multiple departments such as CSI,Undercover,HR,Spec Ops, SAU, PR. Due to my experience I have gained the required skills to lead FIB from a directors position.
2.2 The FIB as an organization has always felt like home and it will always have substantial
authority and responsibility to other LEO organizations and Civilians. I want to give the same experience which I took and make FIB feel like home to other agents as well.
2.3 After all, I worked so hard for this opportunity. I deserve a chance to lead FIB to new places and find new limits to the org and with that push myself to new standards and provide an experience that everyone will enjoy.

- Getting a successful Gang Raid season.
- Maintaining Professionalism and no toxicity to other organizations and civilians.
- Black market raids should be maintained regularly.
- Be the first to answer the call to critical situations.
- Making sure everyone will know the rules and follow them.(IC,OOC)
- Making sure of proper usage of /me /do /try commands.
