I am able to cuff someone and grab someone without saying a word as it says it for me in RP chat, that fact has been confirmed by an admin. Dont try to put my ID in forums thinking I broke rules. Either way I was talking on my POV so it doesnt matter. Also we told you to stop moving then we shot when you kept on moving. There was 0 RDM in this post lol all we did on our end was shoot your car as we told you to stop.

where is rdm on ur pov of 23030 killing you? if ur friend has any issues on his own pov have him post it i will be more than glad to post my full pov of his situation and I'm sure he wouldn't like that to well with all the ooc insults he was doing and still got arrested

So you and your friend enter location which is filled with legal orgs which means ofcourse some kind criminal activity is going on. You stay there for bit and drive around LEOs long enough to create suspician of being part of that criminal activity and when you get shot at, you start crying about it....

1. at 2.24 you drive your car over the unconscious where your cars tires leave blood trails behind at that moment you get pretty engaged with leos at the situation

and then at 3:27 you tell them to not patch the other officer while wearing a vest and having a gun in hand , and then you start running away from situation and being chased by Feds you were evading a possible arrest so they could shoot at you right there RDM doesn't always means you will need to give 5 seconds it means you have to only shoot when you have proper IC reason and sometimes it can be without 5 demands ( only on certain scenarios )

also for your information server automatically does the RP commands when you cuff or drag someone so its not compulsory to say it
