Im redoing a previous post as i think i needed to remake it with you (alex and jefe) in the tag line. If i make any mistake in who i should be putting in the tag line id be happy to oblige and correct any mistakes. (i tagged alex this time as the perma was issued by alex)
I'm at a bit of a loss of how to prove my case in this situation. If the person who sold the items chat was checked for the days leading upto me buying the armour it will be evident they offered the sale of the items to my entire family. They sold a variety of items including heavy sniper if i remember correctly. My biggest mistake was taking a deal that was clearly to good to be true. 15k for fib/shap etc is far to cheap i admit that but i was not involved in their activity im just an idiot who was like oh damn thats cheap nd jumped on the chance to make an easy flip. Stupidity isn't nefarious in nature. I have noticed other posts where people have directly stole from the warehouse and been forgiven with wipes and car hits. I have lost my only apartment i bought after selling battle passes which is 4m hit
i will never, in my entire time on this server again, by any items that could even remotely be related to any such activities ever again.
This situation has been extra sad as i when i made that purchase not for 1 second did it go through my mind i was falling foul of any rules. I bought those items specifically to flip for a profit and have been completely open about how i got them and why i bought them. Never was my intention to break any rules and i still to this day have no idea how they got a mix of those armours. (FiB/SHAP/NG etc) It's obvious now they were hitting warehouses but im still confused how they were able to get a variety of the armours.
I did buy the armours cheap to resell i admitted that immediately and offered up all information i have about the situation. I'm at a loss how to prove my side i feel if his "adverts" in family chat could be check it would show the reason i bought the items. I hold my hands up to my actions of buying the items for way cheaper than they otherwise could be purchased for but my confidence of non rule breaking was a mixture of the person having an extremely long history on the server and that so many also purchased from them without issue. All i can say on this point alex is, i fucked up by buying those items and reselling on black market but i was completely unaware what the hell they were doing in the back ground and many people fell foul of purchasing off them. It was a mistake and for that im genuinely sorry.
I am genuinely sorry and i really messed up but it was stupidity not nefarious intent. All i can ask is a fair trial and these things to be considered. I'm an idiot not an intentional rule breaker i have really been trying my best to be the most rule abiding citizen in the city i really have which made this all the more sad of a situation. thank you for any and all consideration alex/jefe, im so sorry for this.
