Failing to verbalize the actions taken through the G menu that don't appear in Red text at the top of your screen e.g (putting someone in or taking someone out of a vehicle) will be deemed as fail RP.
Also you can arrest before cland or any event for that matter idk where y'all think you got that rule from....
