I don't think this admin knows general rule 6.15.
As it is written in the rule, it says you must enter rp before shooting someone. already after throwing the first punch, rp status was entered and demand was given
it can be seen in pov where we are provoked and the admin is punishing those who open the forum for this

As I said, there is no shortage of penalties, there is a surplus, I recommend the administrators to read the general rule 6.15 well.

yes 6.15 was wrong. It should have ben Event rule 1.2 but its same punishment
