When you give demands from what I know if the other person don’t shoot first you cannot shoot until the countdown is finished, 5,4 if you look he shot me first without even finishing the countdown. For me I have total rights to shoot but he does not have right to shoot until I do unless he finish the proper 5 seconds countdown.
