I have been Started this project long time ago and gained so much experience and learned so much english on this way. My main Reason to start this roleplay is to improve my English level.

1.1 : I have been Deputy/under deputy/high command In gangs for Like 6-7 Months
My experiences are:
Vagos Deputy for 1 term
Bloods underdeputy 1 term
Marabunta underdeputy 2 term
Ballas high command 1 term
Now i wanna lead my own gang.
1.2: I wanna make 100% Turf with my turf team.
1.3: I will choose Good Spray leader to get $11500 every single hour.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice to improving the roleplay levels are:
2.1 Rule breakers: People whoever breaks any rule will not tolerated and will get their punishments.
2.2 Non active players: People who does'nt join any event or ghetto clappings will not tolerated they will get their punishments aswell.
2.3 İnterviewe: Interviews will be very important we will not just ask 2-3 questions we will ask all the important things.
2.4 Toxic Peoples: Any toxic player will not tolerated. They will get their punishments aswell.
2.5 Trolling in events: People whoever do any troll in any event will not tolerated even if its cland.
2.6 Unrealistic Driving: Anyone who ever do cr, vdm, ub, non rp driving will also not tolerated.
2.7 Helping Leaders, Deputies and High commands: People whoever helps leaders, deputies and high commands For example listening to their demands will get bonuses such as bonus ranks. Anyway people who doesnt listen to them will not tolerated.
