hello we cannot see what happen before

but for the fine its for speeding up to 90km/h more than the speed limit , we need to see full pov
maximum fine is 5k in the highway but if u speed in the city it can go higher than 5k

so we need to see full pov
and for the fine its not a rumebreak but a situation that u need to fix ic by talking to an high command. that just whay i think
