Open to suggestions
Being receptive to suggestions and constructive criticism is always an excellent idea. I want my organisation to outperform all of the others. The RP has always benefited from the application of constructive criticism and the examination of new, original concepts. Because of this, having an open mind always has a favourable effect.
Timezone management
EMS must be operational 24 hours a day, seven days a week, otherwise the RP will be compromised. It is usually necessary to have high commands for both the day and night time zones. If I were in charge of things, I would always have active high commands ready to respond to all departments at any time, as well as timetabled staff to keep the organisation running.
Field Training
I believe that the training should be performed to very high standards. I want all of my employees to be able to perform their RP side in any crucial emergency, which is only feasible with proper training. I will have experienced ex-hcs train incoming EMS interns. FTOs will be available at all times, removing the need for trainees to struggle. All of this would have a positive effect on the server's rp.
Responding to events and lobbies
EMS, on the other hand, must constantly fill both lobbies or all players would suffer. I will not allow this to happen; my hcs will be self-sufficient in managing the staff and lobbies. The other most critical thing is to have units ready to provide medical help and adrenaline shots to state employees. I will always have the units ready outdoors before the event is called to save up the time.
Thank you for giving your time reading my application!

- Because this particular organisation is regarded as the foundation of the RP, I want to take the leadership of it. A leader should be able to RP politely, understand all of their duties, and be prepared to handle all aspects of EMS administration. I think I'm the best person for the job, and I can interact with people well.
- The EMS leader must be extremely mature and respectful in all circumstances. I've been playing grp for more than 1.5 years and have accumulated enough experience to take over any org. I'm very composed and mature enough to lead this one. I also have the best managerial abilities, which would lead to a superior result.
- Since EMS has such strict standards for RP, I'm convinced that no one else can preserve the legacy of EMS that EMS previously had. I have worked closely with many previous EMS leaders and deputies. I have high enough hopes for RP that EMS will get better with time. I think I meet all the requirements to help EMS in some way. Giving someone a chance always results in a good outcome.
