The incident took place on the27th April 2023 between approximately 17:25-17:50. I was driving in my new vehicle when "17861" started ramming me excessively with their vehicle, throwing me off lanes and causing multiple crashes. With the intent to leave the situation and not be bothered further by vehicle death match, I decided to continue driving which was met with more excessive ramming.
I then decided to go to the Los Santos Police Department for safety, where I requested multiple officers to deal with the criminal inside of the car, to no response. The person in question then called for backup and proceeded to roam the Los Santos Police Department, so they could vehicle death match me to the point where I was unable to drive, at which point they exited their two vehicles, made no clear audible demands and proceeded to shoot me after three seconds and hijack the vehicle.
I sadly do not have evidence of the later part due to the situation requiring my full attention, however the name of the person who hijacked the vehicle has still been recorded and the incident is available on a police officers bodycam.
