Hello,
I am talking on behalf of me BigDom West:71784 / Ryan Versace:2137 / Scheeno Barbados:46141 / Izzy Versace:22078 / Jacob Hunter:1177
This forum post is to prevent spam and to help understand why our bans are unjustified.
I would like to start off by saying thank you for taking the time to review my post/pov, this whole situation started as we had one of our guys fly over in a heli and found these guys with solar panels. We got equipped went over there looked at the panels and they still had an hour and 60mins left... So after auction and some time it came to the point where were going to go and rob the solar panels so we went over there at just 21;59 there was about 5 of us against 60 of them and we got killed.
After the situation of getting killed we were annoyed and thought to go back and kill them as quick as possible so we all got together again about 5-10mins after and went over there and looked for any more panels to which there were none, so we went to their main spot and couldn't find many people but we killed as many as we could see, we then seen more coming out and defending their friends so we were all in a big gunfight and it only stopped when an admin came Itachi and came to sort things out. He asked for POV at the time but my memory has been bugged the past week and im constantly deleting and making new povs that sometimes I can't get the full 15min which is what my timing is set at. My friend Ryan had some POV at the time but Itachi already given out the bans when we were waiting in basic 1 in discord.
I messaged Itachi about the ban he told me go to the forums if you have a complaint.
We have no idea in anyway shape or form how this is stream sniping, I would like to say I don't even know any streamer from this family in fact I personally do not watch any twitch streamers in GTA RP. Neither do any of us that participated in this, we accept punishment for RDM | Warning, however a ban for stream sniping is completely mind blowing because we never done that once neither did we know there was a streamer. I would also like to state I haven't got the time to watch a streamer and go and hunt someone I also have a single monitor so to do both would be hard in its own way.
In no way shape or form did any "stream sniping" occur if we could please be punished with the RDM | Warning I would take this punishment due to if I actually was stream sniping I would take the ban fair and square but I am not going to stand to be banned for something that I or any of my friends didn't do.
We have no intention of harming or causing a problem with any 'Streamers' but its completely unjustified when none of us have even gone out of our way to streamsnipe or even know who the streamer is we are playing a game we enjoy not stream sniping to ruin game play.
