Upon reviewing the evidence i have decided to accept this report.
ID 42590 will receive punishment for gen rule 6.15.
Gen rule 6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN.
However,
ID 85797 will also receive punishment for Gen rule 1.3
Gen rule 1.3 It is forbidden to leave RP situation by joining in a green zone/ Warn.​
