I am very sorry for what I did, we were joking among friends or I accidentally handcuffed a friend of mine, my friends had fun, I did it 1-2 times and I got a warning from PG/NON-RP DRIVE/VDM and I say it again, I'm very sorry please forgive me.I did it like every other person, but I usually play in state org and I have a 1 week warning. It is impossible for me to act without statee org. Please forgive me for once.Also, my friend called the admin to do unscoffs, he didn't report me.
