This person threatened me to remove the video, but the admin refused

Why am I being punished for 14 days and this person has been refused

This person is reported every time and is not punished

This guy broke multiple rules and after being reported decided to attempt to blackmail me in forum messages. https://gta5grand.com/forum/threads/294294/#post-1048760 I do not believe people like this should be allowed to play our wonderful server. This creates a very negative environment.
