Rejected Fined for No Reason

My car was parked infront of Station apartments and some police officer fined me 5000 for no reason , my id 12173, my car Lamborghini Performante (1FRH461) , Police officers just fine randomly for their mission, they're talking about this thing. I don't have proof , but Officer who fined me must have one .
