2) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Ans: A) FIB is very Great org and the guy who is having great experience can handle it only and i think i can handle it because i had stayed leader of sahp and NG in en3 and i was HC of Swat in lspd during Gabi tosca first term and in the recent term of neron i had served as SSA3 and in the Term of Jake i was serving as Secret Agent while i was commander of spec ops with this experience i think i can Handle fib and make it work at its best.
B) Secondly, i had made a research to find out what things were missing in pervious term which can make FIB more professional and Fun. For this New ranking system with New Dresscode will be implemented. i had the Best Hods Team which i had gathered from all the pervious Best terms which can help me to make the FIB best org of all time. Than had made a new Bounous system for fib which will rise the interest of new and old people in taking part in fib work and do team work.
C) Thirdly, i want to become the the leader of FIB because i think FIB lacks Extra type of fun to complete this requirment i will do the IC events as much as we can do. Than i want to go for the %100 Gang Raid season for this i had the best UC team of all time. than i had made the new application to join fib with more professioanl and Good questions which will keep away the people will be part of FIB which will improve the Environment of the FIB .
3) Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Relationships: Relationships are very important for any org no matter they are with other orgs or inside the orgs. i would try my best to make good relationship with others there must an meeting in which all org leaders / deputy leaders take part so they can discuss their issue or solve any problem going on among them.
INTERNAL AFFAIRS: Internal affairs are the main part of any org it helps to keep aways the Favoritism from the org and to keep away the people who break rules from org it also helps to agents/ people to take their justice inside the org. but sometime IA people also start doing corruption to remove it Director /Deputy Director themself must keep an eye on them aswell
Professionalism: if the org is professional it will gain great respect among all orgs for this everyone in the org must know the correct use of slash commands and know the basic rules to make the communication more professional. during training there must be focus on to improve the behavior of the new agents which will make the org more professional
