2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 I have been in all the legal organizations as well as illegal organizations. Still, I found that my interest was in the legal organization so I had experienced both LSPD & SAHP but I found FIB as the best and most powerful organization in the whole city. I had been in 4 terms of FIB it has been successful in reducing the crimes in the city. Under my leadership, I will make FIB ON TOP!!
2.3 since the last terms, FIB is being active and is successful in reducing crimes in the city. I will be happy to continue the term. i will be adding some changes in the ranking system of FIB and I will gather people who have earlier experience as Head of Department we will be giving out max bonuses to the SpeCops and UC departments and will make them work at their highest efficiency .
2.4 I work very hard in all the terms and at this time I finally got the opportunity to apply for FIB Leader. I am confident that I am capable of that position I have never seen FIB truly run the city and ghetto so I wanna make sure that they have that chance with a fearless leader like me at the helm.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 I saw so many times SAHP struggling over the highway due to have gang activity so I make sure to help SAHP
3.2 I will provide an opportunity to my employee to get promotions according to their work.
3.3 I'll provide open Door policy to my employes that they can interact with me if required.
3.4 we will try to reduce crime in the city.
3.5 gang raid, Black market raid etc will be done on regular basis and proper use of/me /do /try commands.
