I wanted to follow up from what we spoke about and what I've researched. In this forum post, Rejected - Ban Appeal | Harvey Spector, you mentioned to have leader/curator approval of being able to take from the gang from these FZ and Battleship events. He has tried to message you and will provide a reply here that approval was given to take from FZ and BS and from gang. I don't ask for any payment and the deal made with the leader of Ballas was to keep any loot from the events taken.

I can GUARANTEE and CONFIRM that I will never do this again even with leader approval. My intention is GANG first and always has been with me being leader for 120 days and deputy for 6-7 months straight. My goal is good RP and NEVER to steal.

Lastly, I also have a ton of footage to show that the FZ and Battleships proofs. If you see any suspected actions then you can ask me as I'm recording my POV and I have explanation for different events if you need it.

Please unban me and let me return. I will NOT do this again.
