Respected admins,

I received a punishment for non-RP flying. My question is, how is it non-RP flying? As you can see in my pov, I was looking for resources (statues), and as you can see, statues spawn in strange places, and how can I get there without a chopper? To be honest, I didn't break any rules, literally by using a chopper, he killed me.
