NG Raid was going on I was fighting while I saw a down agent and gone there to heal suddenly guy with ID 4931 came with a car and hit me and I fall after I got shot and down its a VDM

It's also RDM since they aren't gang members that came to the raid, they must engage in RP before shooting as per Gen 6.15
