as u can see from my forum
on that fail-rp situation not only fib there was other state org (SAHP,LSPD,NG) also involved and ID 8231 was from SAHP was involved in negotiation.
but the administrator said FIB already got punished and closed my forum.
if other orgs weren't involved in the negotiation then what is this guy from sahp doing in negotiation.
