This report is very misleading, you entered the ghetto and you didn't expect 3 different people in the ghetto to shoot at you, and if your theory of Vanimated being the only person shooting then all organizations should recieve a warning for open firing on 2 people who did not show any threat to life (a purple vest is illegal, but it does not give you the right to open fire without warning), and it definitely shows LEOs open firing with no case before any shot of the opposing is fired

Before you make petty reports on Vanimated, you need to stop with the ooc malding part though because if this is what you get worked up aboutl; 1-3 people pulling up in the ghetto and open firing on you in ghetto, you still kill them, and you still get the possibility for action in the city.
Stop complaining and trying to get people like Vanimated in trouble, it doesn't help the server, it doesn't help the very minimal amount of unique RP EN2 has, and as most people don't think creatively enough to even come up with ic roleplay plans Vanimated I know personally is creating fun entertaining plans of action every time he steps into the city, yes there are obviously times he breaks major violations and in that case it's worth reporting as those violation can cause organizations to conquer severe issues, but malding reporting over something this small just shows that you can't handle parts of this game
It's also not cool to be dishonest about whether or not punishments for players were already given and you recreate another to hit them for another punishment, I don't think you would appreciate it, but ig until you feel the feeling you won't understand
