2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) I feel like with all gang leaders right now they don’t do enough events such as store robbery’s and clands and bs and fz etc I was ex ballas leader and it was a pretty rough term and a very good term my only problem was getting numbers but now that I’ve had 1 term already i feel more confident than ever that I could make Marabunta grande gang the best gang in all of grand rp history a good way to start with that is to do fz daily and battleships daily and clands and
(Store Robberies Gun/24/7) with that increasing the activity and giving the active people bonus when showing up to Said events I also feel like I know everything about the legal side so I feel like I could bring good rp for them.
2) I would also try to get 100% turfs also making sure that graffiti is always blue when I was ballas leader I was only 1 week from finishing 1term and I feel like if I’m giving another chance at gang leadership I would make the Marabunta the best gang and make everyone fear us and I would also make sure I have people I can trust as HC and in the organization in general I would also make sure that there’s no toxicity within my organization.
3) I also would give bonus when people show up to events I feel like it would bring more people to these events I also feel like doing hostage situation in different locations at all times will be something I also do will better the rp for both (illegal/legal organization) if given the opportunity at leadership again I wouldn’t let you down I hope to hear back and hope for an interview and as I know both sides very well I’m currently (Undersheriff/Deputy in SAHP) and I was ex Vagos deputy leader and ex Ballas leader.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice for improving role play is getting trustworthy people in my gang as a lot of gangs right now have a lot of rule breakers and another piece of advice is to do more of the events such as (Gun Store Robberies 24/7 Store Robberies) FZ raids daily Battlships everyday and making the ghetto more active a lot of the time ghetto is super quiet for a while.
