If you are posting things on forum for id1719 you are avoiding forum ban. i am sure there is a good reason why he got forum banned then you need to let him serve the punishment, otherwise there is no reason to forum ban.

he has to have someone post the pov for him other wise he gets banned for 30 days which that seems to be what you want cause clearly you cant beat him.
