Ok so time to explain this to the sheriff that does not RP I ask in non RP Chat: "Ink or run?" He wanted to respnd to me but realised that would be metagaming so he goes back in his character and announces to the gang that "We can clap". Thats him talking his character

Since My Roleplay character does not know How many people there is in the store I asked on non RP chat if they wanna shoot or run based on numbers. Nothing wrong no metagaming involved as no one acted on OOC infrmation since my leader made it IC by saying "Lets clap them"

In Conclusion No IC and OOC info were mixed together learn rules "Leader"

Its 1 bloods doing FearRP not Fail (Though an ex leader knows rules ) Sure its punishable but u are not allowed to shoot even if they shoot you its NVL (Not valueing life ) Just go back to being a wanna be good ex sheriff

Tell me where it is written that you can't shoot back when you are getting shot at and it is comman that you will also save your life too, get some comman sense into you buddy instead of telling everyone

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Reject this report.
After reviewing all the evidence Its Clearly Shows that there was no Rule break from SAHP Side.
However, Id 93126 will be punished for UB
( Leaving the Store robbery for House robbery and Didnt remove his spike )
However, It's a Reminder for ID 42498 if you ask anything in Non-RP radio for IC stuff it will be considered Metagaming.
