That's what I've been pointing out since my first reply to this thread, this already being the third one. You are the one possibly not understanding/not wanting to understand, that I'm talking about the rules of filing a complaint in general. Don't come at me for the things I mentioned not being specifically stated in the said rules and that I'm pointing it out to you.
