"Firstly, he violated Rule 5.2 by requesting my passport and searching me without any justifiable reason. However, I do not have any point of view (POV) regarding that.

After around 10 minutes, he proceeded to violate Rule 5.1 by attempting to arrest me without witnessing any criminal activities, and Rule 5.3 by using his gun. Moreover, he further broke Rule 5.5 by following us to the ghetto and killing us without giving any demands.

as we can see there wasn't 2 officers, there is no RP situation, the officer life wasn't in danger.

However, they stopped at the beginning of the red zone. If I leave them over there how can it be a RP? Also, you asked for my ID, I showed you my ID and asked you to identify yourself which you failed according to P.C 3.6 and you tried to provoke me with talking OOC Insults. Also, 11389 made a combat log (check the car.. end of the video the car is gone because his friend combat logged)

he can refuse to identify unless its a lawful order which is determined by suspicious activities etc

I suggest you learn RP before you talk bro. This is funny. When I cuff him it is written on RP chat so I don't have to tell him again. They cannot refuse to identify themselves since they are wearing a mask I am able to ask for their identification. It is enough suspicion for asking identification.
