As you can see in this POV, he was disrespecting the Leader of NG so i blacklisted him but dont know why he is taking this IC issue to OOC

First of all it's not dis respecting i am in g from day 1 and i love to stay in ng that's why I left lspd for Ng and i have always been a good solder and I indeed said it but if you are good and no body respects you how will you feel so the crying this if you say if you work hard you will worry for rank thats all

But by the way i was takin in ic cause i went to ne to take fire and tabrej was saying me not to be fired or leave ng and i left ng so i felt bad for him an join back ng (he was not willing to give me fire so termed it as crying )

I didn't see any movement of IC situation to OOC.
