Hello dear Mazhor,

I know the mistakes I made Im so sorry for swearing at you and I miss my friends I tried so hard to reach you just to explain that I dont have a multi account but you didn't get back to me anyway I know my mistake Im sorry can you reduce my ban to at least 60 days or even reset my account?
