Rejected Unban Appeal | OOC Toxicity

I was randomly banned for 3 days for “OOC toxicity” with 0 proof, no forum post at all, and with no chance to defense myself. How can I be banned for “ Ooc toxicity” without being reported OOC? I was sitting in my garage randomly when I got banned. This is clearly a false ban with 0 proof which is why I request my ban be lifted due to lack of evidence.

The Governor who reported me via dm reported me based off of a screenshot sent to Marvin Ivanov. He didn’t provide pov of the situation which would have showed him clearly committing 3 rule breaks (MG, LR 3.3, OOC Insults) instead only sending curators a screenshot to get me banned without having the accountability of what he did during that situation, furthermore with it all taking place via dm I have no way to see the evidence of what I’m being accused of.

And it’s very unprofessional to ban someone based off a screenshot sent to admin dms every admin I ever spoke to says they don’t take complains via dm to instead post it on forum. How can I appeal a ban that there’s no proof for me to see of because it’s not on forums? And as for Richard not to be required to show pov since he is a leader is also untrue, the only exceptions are for assistant admins because they have admin info, and has been confirmed to me by multiple former admins such as John Lark and Larry McGavin. Leaders still have to provide pov if requested, furthermore it is unprofessional for any punishment to be issued based off a complaint made via DM. There is a forum for a reason so that we all have an equal opportunity to defend ourselves, but with this circumvention of the Forums by getting me banned via a dm complaint, I have no way to know what evidence I have against me and have no real way to formulate a real appeal. Which is why I ask that this ban be removed.

It is natural for a leader to contact an org curator when a person threatens an organization with a warning. When I received evidence in the form of a screenshot, I also saw an OOC insult, for which you were punished.

There is a forum for a reason, two former admins even said that NO ADMIN shall take complaints from dm even from leaders. If you’re saying that John Lark and Larry Hulk who are former senior admins don’t know what they’re talking about then that’s ridiculous. There are rules in place that weren’t followed by issuing punishment based off of DM complaint. This is a very obvious mistake made on the part of the admin Marvin and a leader of a state org should know better than to make complaints via dm. The fact that you are barely showing the proof (which is a screenshot) of what I’m being accused of after already issuing the punishment is unacceptable, and a curator of the state should know better and to follow the rules. John Lark the former curator of FIB and LSPD stated in cool chat that this is clearly not allowed and that the admins involved did not follow protocols and rules in place. There is a forum for a reason, and no one is above the rules including Administrators.

And for you to cover up for the Governor’s rule breaks by not looking further into the incident, and refusing to request the bodycam of the governor for this situation goes to show a bias and a two tier system where leaders and admins don’t follow the rules , and have no accountability while normal people like me get scrutinized for every little thing we do. If Richard was a normal citizen or officer, the admins would’ve went out of their way to find out the bottom of the situation but with Richard clearly not wanting to share the full situation from start to finish, he is clearly obstructing my complaint and the admins are facilitating this corruption from a state leader. And for me to tell him that I would make sure I hold his org accountable by getting his org an org warning for this situation, that is clearly not a “threat” but rather me making it clear that I won’t tolerate his behavior and will be reporting it properly. If he would’ve made a forum complaint against me rather than try and be the judge and the jury all in one through his curators dm, I would have no issue whatsoever with the punishment but the fact that he went around and avoided posting it to the forum like everyone else including leaders would, that goes to show his true motives. I’m not claiming I didn’t say what I said but I’m simply trying to show you the context of the situation which was taken out of context with a screenshot which does not show the true situation and what occurred. This is clear what has happened to anyone who has been through this kind of situation with a corrupt leader, but you as a curator made it clear you won’t look further into the situation but instead just flat out denying that it happened. It is disgusting what the community has come to, this coming from someone who has been in the Grand RP project since early 2021. The rules have always stayed the same but it’s clear this new generation of administrators interprets the rules differently. I am sorry for whatever harsh words I said but that doesn’t excuse Richard of what he did to provoke the situation from the start with his rule-breaks.

I hope that a more senior admin can see the faults here and agree that this punishment should be lifted.

+ you should have own POV of case if u complain and not force someone to provide BODYCAM in situation where is is not forced by rules to provide one...
I really wanted to remove ur ban but after reading ur whole complain can just say that admin was perfectly correct in providing punishment's for Toxic conduct in game and OOC insult
