Hallo liebes Adminteam.

Ich habe am 8. Mai einen Warn wegen Bad Cop bekommen. Ich habe als Staatsanwalt einen TV auf Kaution freigelassen, da 1. Die Zeiten von Haftbefehl und der DOC Akte vom FIB nicht übereinstimmend und daher ein Formfehler entstanden ist der Haftbefehl ungültig macht. 2. Der TV in Einzelhaft gesteckt wurde, obwohl das laut Haftbefehlt untersagt ist. Somit verstehe ich meinen Warn nicht.
