Rejected - Mass Rule Break | Bloods

Went to store robbery they had hostage, as you can see they do: UB Demands 0:40 4:36 Fear RP 8:58 Mass rdm shooting without any demands to leave 8:58 (edit: ALSO 6:11)

I see Nothing but the Worst Negotiation of the History between both Sides, Not Fearing For the Hostages Life by LEOs, Completely not Needed and Picky Requests by Criminals, and at the End you have Attacked to arrest one of the Members which OBV will lead to them starting to shoot and Rescue their member.
Both sides Deserve to be Punished for this Incident as its the worst RP/Negotiation I have ever Witnessed!!
